We are happy to announce that the Tengiz Invest Stroy Construction Company has completed the construction and transferring to the customer the 2nd line of the Koktobe City Multifunctional Residential Complex in Almaty as the general contractor. Construction works were completed ahead of the production schedule for 2 months. Thus, our company has fulfilled all obligations for the construction of the building, which allowed the customer to start selling the finished apartments ahead of schedule.

The “Koktobe City” Residential Complex is a unique project, as it is the only residential complex in Kazakhstan with seismic resistance of more than 9 points, which is confirmed by the technical audit of Japanese experts. The structure of houses is a monolithic reinforced concrete system of bearing cross walls, which provides the greatest rigidity of the building. Such structure is used in the construction of skyscrapers. The pile foundation reaches 30 meters in length and goes deep to solid ground layers, there are from 80 to 100 piles under each house. The 2nd line consists of three 9-storey blocks with 15,000 m2 of total area, as well as about 1,000 m2 of parking with 40 parking spaces.
